Nick Buchannan

Nick Buchanan is home grown from Atlanta GA. Nick played college football at the University of Florida where he started 24 consecutive games at center, leading UF to back-to-back 10+ win seasons including wins in the 2018 Peach Bowl and 2019 Orange Bowl. Nick played high school football at Dunwoody High School where he was awarded MVP of his team as an offensive Lineman, including awards first team All-Region and All State honorable mention despite only playing in 5 games that season.  Nick is currently still playing football as a professional for the Houston Gamblers in the USFL (United States Football League) where he was awarded the Mid-Season All-Pro moniker.  Nick is also an NFL Free agent where he has had workouts with the Falcons and Cardinals, and trains at the gym working hard to reach his goal just like the athletes that he trains. Nick brings over 10 years of playing/coaching experience to Velocity. Nick was also awarded to the SEC-Academic Honor Roll 3 years in a row on his way to completing his B.A. in Spanish and M.S. in Business Management. Coach is currently studying to get his second Master’s in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics.
