Why Velocity for OL
The Offensive Line Is the Most Played Position in Football and the Least Coached Everywhere Else.
Speed camps and 7-on-7 are everywhere. Real offensive line development is almost nowhere. Most linemen get lumped into a generic "big skill" group and run through the same agility ladder as everyone else.
