Joe More

Coach Joe has over 16 years of combined playing and coaching experience. He spent seven years competing at the Division I level, starting 41 games at right tackle for the University of Richmond, where he earned All-Conference honors. During his COVID year, Joe also played guard at Syracuse. At Syracuse he received a medical redshirt and later finished his college career at the University of Arkansas, Playing in 13 games at center.

Throughout his college journey, Joe trained with Velocity in the off seasons — now, he's come full circle. Joe brings a deep love for the game and a teacher’s mindset. He’s passionate about helping athletes not just move better on the field, but think better — learning how to break down film, recognize defenses, and make smart decisions in real time.

Joe grew up playing football in Nashville, where he earned All-State and All-Mid-State honors as an offensive lineman. His journey through multiple programs and positions has given him a unique ability to connect with players, meet them where they are, and help them build the tools they need to reach the next level.
