Canton, Georgia, Nov. 15, 2021 -- Velocity Football has expanded operations to a new 10k square foot training facility based out of Canton, Georgia.
"We are excited to share that we will be opening our new state-of-the-art facility in Canton, GA by the end of this year," said CEO, Josh Richardson. "We will have a larger indoor turf field, expanded strength facility with all new Rogue Fitness strength equipment as well as offices for educational purposes, recovery and regeneration and locker rooms with showers,"
The company's expansion marks a 5-year stretch where they have seen remarkable improvement from a start-up to one of the premier offensive and defensive lineman training facilities in the southeast.
"Over the last five years, we have worked hard to earn the right to work with the best high school and middle school athletes here in Georgia. We have increased our presence in the professional and collegiate levels by working with athletes across 17 professional organizational and over 28 collegiate institutions," Richardson said.
The proof is in the pudding over at Velocity Football, and their expertise has fostered a loyal clientele that has lasted years. The expansion to a new facility will go beyond just more space and accessibility. Richardson spoke more about the new offerings that will be available by the start of 2022.
"We are increasing our focus of a 360º experience by expanding our NFL and professional offerings, collegiate development, our high school and middle school athlete development programs, recovery and regeneration offerings as well as recruiting and educational services. We are also finalizing deals with major partners here in Georgia that will help provide world-class medical, nutritional, and recovery needs."
These new offerings will position Velocity Football to an unparallel status and set a new standard for lineman-specific trainers at a national level for athletes of every age.
"We will now be offering additional services out of our location to include NFL Combine and Pro Day prep, professional offseason development, college prep, OL and DL technical development for middle school and high school, middle school and high school speed and agility and strength/power development as well as educational services, such as film study, tactical development, and recruiting services," Richardson said.
The new Canton facility is scheduled to be opened by the end of the year and will be ready to kick off the first class of NFL Combine/College prep starting on January 3rd.
