Josh Richardson.

Owner/Head Coach

Coach Josh Richardson has over twenty-four years of football experience as a player and as a coach.  Coach Richardson began his football career in the 4th grade and continued throughout high school where he became a three-year starter on the offensive and defensive line. In high school, he was named All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference. His greatest accomplishment in high school football, however, came when he was named on the Indiana’s All-Decade team for the 1990s. In 1995, Coach Richardson received a full ride scholarship to play football for the University of Louisville located in Louisville, Kentucky where he started and lettered for three of his four-year college career.  Following his college career, Coach spent a couple years coaching at the college and high school levels before focusing on his career.  Over the last seven years, Coach Richardson’s passion for football has been reignited thanks to his son, Kayden. More recently, he has aided in coaching the offensive line for a number of youth football organizations throughout Chicago, and for the last five years, he has coached organizations in Woodstock, Georgia.  Through his efforts as an OL Coach in GMSAA, Coach Richardson was selected to coach GMSAA All-Stars and GMSAA FBU in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

Luke Schultheiss.

Director of Player Development

Luke Schultheiss comes to us after 5 years playing at the Division 1 level with Louisville and Tennessee-Chattanooga. While in high school Luke competed with USA football and helped his high school team to the State Semi-Finals. While in college Luke helped Louisville to its highest rank in school history at #2 in the nation. While there he also helped Louisville in Multiple College Game day appearances as well as the Music City Bowl Game vs. Texas A&M and the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl Game vs. LSU. After making the decision to transfer Luke went on to finish as the starting guard for UTC. He comes to us with a passion and fire for the game as well as the knowledge from the highest level in today’s game.

Dana Barry.

Director Of Performance

Prior to moving to Georgia in 2021, Dana was the Head Strength Coach and Director of Football Operations for Athletic Evolution in Woburn, MA. His focus is on team training, combine training for NFL and high school football players, and linear speed development.  In the past 5 years, no speed coach in the northeast worked with more Pro/ D1 athletes.

Dana was a 3-year starter for the Worcester State University football team, where he later helped to train both the football and lacrosse teams. In 2015, he competed at the NFL Regional Combine in Miami. Today, he shares his combine experience to help young athletes prepare for their own combines and camps. 


Dana specializes in college prep, linear speed development, injury prevention, and athletic development in football, basketball, and track athletes. He has worked with athletes from all over the country ranging from Massachusetts, Texas, Florida, and Georgia-- and recognizes that every athlete is unique and trains differently.

Xavier Pendergrass.

Defensive Line Coach

Xavier Pendergrass is a local native of Roswell, GA. He brings 8/9 yrs of football experience as a player and coach. Xavier graduated from Roswell High School and played football for the Hornets where he made 3 state playoff appearances as a starter, held the Roswell high school bench press record, made AJC Super 11 honorable mention, and was invited to and participated in Nike SPARQ training camp. After a short time at GA Southern Xavier transferred to Midland University in Nebraska where he majored in exercise science and was apart of the best defense in school history as a starter at defensive end, defensive tackle, and linebacker. Xavier then transitioned into arena football with the Sioux City bandits and began his coaching career shortly after.


Heather Richardson.

CPT / Women's Group Lead

Heather comes to us as our Woman's Fitness Instructor.  Heather has many years in fitness and training, competing in Judo and competitive cheer and dance.  As a young athlete growing up in Louisville, KY, she took 2nd in state in Judo among all age levels.  She then moved into competitive dance, where she earned a spot on the National Champions University of Louisville Ladybirds.  She also continued her competitive drive through competing in many running events.  Heather worked for many years with Optimist Programs for youth cheerleading and led the ACES Day Program.  Heather will be instructing our Woman's Small Group training to improve stability, strength and endurance.
